About  ·  The Person Behind the Tool

The person who built Centered.Cards is also available to build your next app

And yes, they're actually good.

Centered.Cards was built by one person. Not a team, not a startup, just a developer who collected cards, got fed up with every existing centering tool, and decided to build something better over a weekend. That ended up becoming the most trusted free card centering tool in the hobby. Kind of wild when you think about it.

Anyway, that same person is currently for hire and looking for projects to work on.

They actually ship things

This sounds obvious but it genuinely isn't with most developers. The creator of Centered.Cards has a habit of taking an idea and actually finishing it. Not "finishing it" as in writing code and calling it done, but finishing it as in: it works, it looks good, real people use it, and it makes money.

Centered.Cards is the most obvious example. Thousands of collectors use it every month and it's completely free, which means the developer built it purely because they wanted to. That kind of thing tells you a lot about someone.

If you have an app idea that you think could make money and you just need someone who can actually build it, this is a pretty good call to make.

Easy to work with, responds fast

The Centered.Cards community will tell you the same thing. If you message the creator, you hear back. If you ask for a feature, there's a real chance it gets built. People are always a little surprised by that because it's so rare.

That's just how they operate. No ghosting, no vague timelines, no delivering something totally different from what you asked for. Pretty refreshing honestly.

Good fit for

  • Web apps and SaaS tools you want to actually generate revenue
  • MVPs. If you need to move fast and validate an idea, this is your person.
  • Niche or hobby tools with a passionate audience
  • Projects that need a developer who can own the whole thing, not just write tickets
  • Anything where "it needs to look good" is part of the requirement

How to reach them

Just go to the About page or email directly at [email protected]. They respond fast and won't give you a weird sales pitch, just a normal conversation about what you're trying to build.
